I was referred to this oral surgeon by my dentist to have a broken (and quite painful) molar extracted. I have had 5 teeth extracted in my life and I am very aware of the pain involved and how I tolerate the pain. I called to question the pain management tactics of the office. Well I guess they didn’t like that because when I showed up for my appointment today (that waited 3 weeks for, drove a half hour to and cleared two days of work to heal from), I was told that the appointment was cancelled and I was discharged as a patient. I was told that everyone in the office had talked about me and my questions and they remembered me. And they decided to take me off of the schedule without telling me. And then they lied about it saying they did tell me, when I know the last conversation I had with them was about how all other oral surgeons were booked til next year so I needed to keep the appointment because I’ve been in pain daily with this broken tooth. We also discussed how they wouldn’t release my X-rays until my insurance paid for them, making it difficult to schedule elsewhere. The person on the phone discussed with me how to receive pain management for this procedure through my PCP and my original dentist, which I did. Apparently this office doesn’t appreciate patients who are fully in touch with their bodies and know how much pain they can tolerate when having bones severed from cranial nerves, and decided to toss me out like unimportant garbage. I’ve never had such trouble getting a tooth pulled, ever. This is just another sign of the decline of the American healthcare system and how little these practices respect their patients as human beings. I’m 43 years old and have never experienced anything like what I have experienced with this office. I am heartbroken that I will have to continue walking around with this swollen face and infected, painful, broken tooth. I will now have to take more time off of work and lose more income (right before Christmas, and as a single mom that’s quite the blow). If I could rate less than one star, I would. Unbelievable treatment. Truly unreal.

Dr Jones extracted my wisdom tooth so fast it was ridiculous. I waited 3 weeks to recover before giving this review to ensure there won't be any unforeseen complications. And there hasn't been. I highly recommend Dr Jones and his office staff.

Dr.Jones and the staff at Oasis Oral Surgery is absolutely awesome. I recieved my implants at Oasis and I am proud to say the I can actually chew again and smile without being ashamed of my teeth. I am overcome with emotion writing this post because the doctor and staff made me feel like I was being taken care of by a very loving family.The office is beautiful and I am proud to that I can smile again and not have to think about it. I attractive and that feels good. Thank you Oasis

The surgeon is great! He has a great reputation. But the staff is horrible! For my first visit there i walked in and no one greeted me, I stood there and signed in, then the girl pushes a clipboard in my face with papers and says what to fill out, I looked at her in her face an politely said Hello because she did not bother to. Then on my surgery day, i had to reschedule because i drank some water, the lady pulls this paper out with pre-op instructions, a paper I have never seen before and I tell her I have never seen this paper, the receptionist and the manger argued with me about me supposedly receiving this paper...on the paper it stated the risk of going into compulsion if i had anything including water in my stomach, don't you think if i was aware of these complications I would have not had anything to drink?...nope hey just argued with me about it no apology no nothing....i walked out

Bryant Jones is a wonderful oral surgeon. He and his lovely staff made me feel extremely comfortable. I was very nervous for my wisdom teeth removal and they did their best to keep my calm and happy. His staff made jokes before my anesthesia. They helped me laugh and relax. Dr. Jones were very kind. He knew what was best for me and my needs. His staff (and himself) were very considerate and professional. I am very pleased I went here for my surgery.
The only downfall, is the office is very small but it was in a convenient location and was very homelike.
