The customer service at the front desk in this dentist is HORRIBLE. The dentist was pleasant but that's the only good thing.

There has been several occasions that I was given appointments and had to wait long periods of time before being seen. I tried to remain a patient but I finally couldn't take it anymore!

On my last visit, I was charged an upcharge for my dental work but somehow the out of pocket charge didn't show when they billed my insurance. Now, I'm spending countless hours trying to rectify the situation (for the charge that shouldn't have been) and they keep giving me the run around.

Sorry it took me so long to leave this dentist.

Has anyone had their teethed cleaned by Sidney Mazer. She is the hygienist with long extended eyelashes.As a result of her cleaning technique I now have 2 cracked teeth.

Wonderful service by both staff and dentist. The office was clean and service was great....Attention to patient needs was incredible. During my procedure, both the dentists and dental assistant consistently asked if I was okay and assured me that if I was uncomfortable in any way, they would stop the procedure. I was taken back at the precise time of my appointment and all of my paperwork was explained thoroughly and was prepared in detail before any future work was scheduled. I am disabled and my needs were accommodated appropriately. I would highly recommend this practice.

NOONE BUTCHERS ANYONE FOR MONEY!!!!! IF YOU DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR TEETH AND DONT TAKE CARE OF THEM AND NO INSURANCE OF COURSE THE PLACE WONT DO ANYTHING FOR FREE, IS ANYHTING FREE IN THIS WORLD NO, VERY GREAT DENTAL OFFICE! I WOULD GO HERE ANYTIME

Butchers. Thieves. Money mill plain and simple. Don't let them drag you in with the "discount plans" they offer, they will cost you in the long run when you are replacing the work.

This is the absolute WORST place I've ever been to. The staff is rude and disorganized. I made an appointment for 4:30pm, they called to ask if I could change to 2:00pm. I was unable to due to work commitments, they then called again to tell me that I needed to switch to 2pm. I told them it was impossible. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early, but ended up not being seen until 5:15pm because they lost my chart. Then, when I was finally seen, the dentist (who barely speaks english) told me she wouldn't be using any anesthetic, because it takes too long and she was suppossed to leave at 5pm. Unbelievable. I also, had my wisdom teeth pulled here. I went in thinking I was having 1 wisdom tooth pulled. The Oral surgeon (who was fairly pleasant, but is only there one sunday a month and obviously overbooked on that day) informed me he would be removing all 4 teeth. After the removal, I was given a bill for over $2000. The 3 additional teeth weren't covered by my insurance, but would have been had I received a referal from my doctor prior to them being pulled. No one asked if I wanted them pulled, I was told I was having them pulled. It is also very dirty in the waiting area. After those 2 experiences, I found another dentist.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. This place is a low class mill
