Always impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. The teeth cleanings are thorough and extra work if needed is discussed, price friendly and as painless as possible. The entire office is welcoming every time, and they treat you like you belong there; we talk business, family, events, recreation, etc. On Lititz Pike, across from Lancashire Hall. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Dr. Smallwood and the staff in his office are great, they really seem to care about their patients. They are always on schedule, and are flexible with making appointments that work for you. The waiting area is "homey" and the exam rooms welcoming. I recently moved and am dreading finding a new dentist because Dr. Smallwood and his staff are so wonderful.
