They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I got all my teeth pulled at another dentist on Oct. 11 2011. They told me when I go to them after my mouth healed it would take about 6 weeks to get my teeth. I was upset but what could I do but wait now. When I went in to get the fitting (I didn't know at the time they didn't have right size plate to do it with) & they put it in my mouth I started to gag. Well from that point on the DOCTOR addressed me as the gagger. Had me in tears all those times.
Well here it is June & I still did not recieve them. My last appointment I made up my mind that I was going to see if there was another dentist that makes them in there office. I found one and guess what? I got them in 1 week from the time I got fitted at there office.
Please don't get me wrong most of the staff are VERY nice but the dentist is RUDE , DON'T CARE ABOUT CALLING YOU NAMES & MAKING YOU FEEL THAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT.

I would not recommend this place. During the time when I was receiving a filling, the dentist propped my mouth open and left the room to take a call from his wife regarding a party that they were having that evening. In addition, after I received my filling, I was still experiencing pain. I went to a different dentist, who told me that the filling was not done correctly, that there was a gap in between my tooth and the gum, which was causing the discomfort. All the decay had not been removed either. I ended up having to get a root canal.

I had several teeth that needed fixed. I literally had to wait a month between appointments because they were "busy". I routinely waited in their office (in Laurel Mall) 30-60 minutes beyond my appointment times -- even when I was the first appointment of day. They failed to turn in insurance paper work on time, and I was denied a procedure that I need. Their office staff generally seems incompetent- they argued with me on two occasions about the time of my appointments (even though I had their orange card with the date and time and had received reminder calls). I had to wait three appointments (nearly 3 months) for the dentist to fix a filling that was broken, despite repeatedly asking for it to be fixed as soon as possible. When I complained that a part of a filling that the dentist did at a previous appointment had fallen out, he checked and said that nothing had fallen out and that the pain I was experiencing was because of the recent filling -- yet I can feel a substantial gap in the filling with a tooth pick -- and food routinely gets stuck in the hole. The only reason I continued to go to this dentist was because of my insurance (they are the only dentistry withing a 20 mile radius of Normalville, PA that would accept it -- since I needed extensive work done, I wanted a local office). Looking back on it -- I would have driven further, even to Pittsburgh. They provided the lowest acceptable standard of care and were at times highly unprofessional (often talking about their personal lives and other patients while working on my teeth). I would advise anyone looking for a dentist to consider all other options before going to them.
