Well in reading the previous reviews this place is giving off a totally different vibe from what I experienced. I'll say first and foremost I went to Watkins & Medura for a toothache and after much hullabaloo I left their office with a toothache, THEY DID NOTHING! and if I was a different type of person I would've contacted the better business bureau. The office is aesthetically pleasing which is what all the gusto about this place is about since it seems like a NYC or LA office not something in back mountain. But the environment doesnt make up for poor performance. The place has only one thing on its mind and thats your $$$, and lots of it do they want. I went in for a toothache and left with a $4,000.00 bill saying I was going to get porcelain crowns and veneers, but not once did anyone recognize my toothache, instead they tried to hard sell me on all this other expensive crap that I didnt ask for nor show interest in. My regards to anyone whose not either rich or gullible is to avoid this place at all costs (an oxymoron when dealing with Watkins & Medura).

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
