Very unsatisfied with this dentist. The hygienist was very professional and nice, other office staff not so much. Billed 55.00 for a cleaning which should have been 100% covered. I paid the bill and the office claimed that I did not. I had to go to the bank for the cancelled check to prove it.

Very unhappy with dentist. Dr. Makozy was screaming at my husband that he will take him to court if we do not pay a fee for replacing a crown that fell out in 2 hours, another $186.00. My husband was eating spaghetti. We have been going to this dentist for yrs. & pay before we leave always. Also on a previous appt. Dr. Makozy he pulled 1/2 a tooth one time & charged & my husband when to another dentist & had the other 1/2 pulled out that Dr. Makozy could not do! The other dentist in Cranberry could not believe Dr. Makozy would charge for doing 1/2 a job.

Did not give proper diagnosis. I had to find another dentist who confirmed that I was right to get 2nd opinion. I do not recommend for extensive work or if you have problems with your teeth or gums
