I was taken back on time. The staff was wonderful! The doctor on the other hand was distracted by phone calls and people talking to him ourside the room. I did not feel I was hiw priorty. Wanted to push me to the most expensive option.

I went to this dentist because my son & his father went to him. I will never go back as they are WAY to expensive. They do not participate with any insurance and therefore they can charge whatever they want. I had a cleaning and 2 fillings filled and I had to pay $500.00.

My son continued there until we received a bill for $1,500. When I asked them about it they said that is what was due from when my son was on his father's account. I told them I wanted to know what the $1,500 was for they said they would check and get back to me. They never got back to me, but the next month I received another invoice. My husband went in to see if he could get any further then me. They said it was for my son's braces that they were never paid by our insurance. We informed them they were and I had a copy of the check stub at home. They told us to fax it to them, which I did the very next day. Then the new month came around and we received another invoice with a letter informing me if I did not pay the amount they were going to turn it in to a collection agency.

I again went into the office showed them the papers from our insurance company, and informed them that we did not owe this money. They said AGAIN they would check into it and get back to us. ONE YEAR later we received a bill for $50 and they informed us that the $1500.00 was for my son's father's services that were never paid

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I will absolutely return. I have been a patient here for a long time and always have a good experience.
