They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Dr. Truong was very friendly and understanding of my dental phobia. I have complete trust in his care.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

The staff at this office are very considerate and they care for my well-being as a paitent during the procedures. A great endodontist for sensitive or spooked patients. Very skilled at gently giving injections. The staff was warm and very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were more than happy to answer my questions, and took my concerns into consideration. They are careful and meticulous when doign the procedure, they really go the extra mile in ensuring your comfort. Even though I had a map, it was hard to locate the building until i called them. I wish that they had a sign that was easier to view from the street, the current one is on the face of the building and not easy to see driving by. Best endodontist I've ever been to.
