They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Koza has performed a root canal, several fillings for me and he is very gentle and professional. I was so relaxed during an appointment in which I was getting two fillings that I could have fallen asleep!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
