Not great. It takes forever to get in, and then they call and reschedule days before the appointment. At my last appt there was no actual dentist in the office to evaluate a concern, so had to make another appt to go back. Not fun if you have to arrange time off work. They do an okay job. Place is nice and clean. Dental assistants are nice, hence the two stars. But overall, this was just not up to my expectations. I will try somewhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Todd for several years, as have my children. He is a fabulous dentist with a great "chair" side manner and his staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful

I have been to this dentist because i fell and broke my front tooth. they did fix it. then 5 months later my back tooth broke do the a unknown cavity, i went in for xray then called back to schedule the apt. they REFUSED me service due to unavailability. I had a friend call that has never been there for the same reason and they booked him. I called back and they told me it was because i wasnt regular enough of a patient. I was confused basically i dont spend enough money there, all they are is money hungry and not care for the well being of thier patient. my tooth iis broke in half and blac. Please not i have always paid my biill on time and in full. I have fabulous insurance.
