Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

I went into My Dentist for a routine cleaning and check up. I was seen by three different women, each of which did not introduce themselves and did not explain what they were doing to my teeth. After causing a lot of pain to my gums she told me I needed a laser treatment that would collectively cost over $600. I left feeling used and in pain. I went into another dentist to get a second opinion and he told me all I needed was another cleaning and a prescribed mouth rinse. The second dentist could not believe I had my teeth cleaned a couple months previously because of all the hardened calcified deposits My Dentist had left behind. I will never return to another My Dentist after being treated so poorly.

I have been a patient of My Dentist in Enid, Okla for several year and through insurance an out of pocket spent hundred or even thousands of dollars for dental care. I recently had a tooth extraction and was also scheduled for a follow up and polishing from a previous care plan. Due to the extraction I was unable to proceed with the follow up. The Dental Hygenist looked in my mouth after putting me in another room and determined we would Waite. Mind you, I paid for the follow up of $45.00 this same day and since then was sent an insurance balance of $68.00. My Dentist called me Yesterday to confirm the follow up appointment for tomorrow which I was unable to make because of job commitments. I asked the receptionist about the bill and what was the plan to offset the $68.00 with the $45.00 payment made with services not rendered. She asked the Hygenist and was told she "looked" in my mouth therefore that qualified as treatment and there would not be a $45.00 adjustment. I told the receptionist I would find a different dental provider because of this. Now that was an expensive "look" in my mouth and would like to have a dollar for every patient they have taken advantage of with this. Unacceptable practice and will never use My Dentist again nor will I recommend them. By the way the Hygenist I have been associated with was the roughest with her injections and one time stabbed my lip which I never said anything about. How much was the stab worth? I can guarantee to me was a hell of a lot more than $45.00

I had a terrible experience! could not get numbed, but they continued to drill on my teeth. I told them repeatedly that I could feel what they were doing & the assistant insisted that it was the vibrations from the drill that i was feeling--NO!
