We have been very pleased with Dr. Villines and his office and professional staff. They are very well trained and go above and beyond to help. They are great to call if there is a cancellation so you can get in at an earlier date. They have 2 TVs in each patient area (this is really nice for children--keeps their mind off being at the dentist). I highly recommend Villines Dental Care!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Was the dental equipment clean?
Absolutely! It looked brand new
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.
