They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Years ago my best friend went to Dr. Pooler and now 2 of my children are going here. They are always very courteous, helpful and prompt. I priced around for braces and they are in-line with other places, my kids are almost always seen on time (if not early) for adjustments, and are done quickly. The free consultations are great, as 3 of my kids have needed consultations by Dentist recommendation, and 2 of them had to return multiple times for assessment, all considered part of the free consultation. The assistants and receptionists always create a pleasant experience. I would recommend this facility to any person needing braces & dental work.

This orthodontist office has a very bad track record with insurance claims. I have been going there for five years - five years. Recently I had some repair work done on a retainer. I waited in the office for nearly an hour before I was seen. Dr. Grimm performed the repair while working on three other patients at the same time - this is typical. I was sent home and days later the gap in my front teeth had spread apart - reversing four years of treatments. I had to make another appointment to fix this and now months later the gap remains. They billed me an additional $75 for the repair on top of the $4500 I had already paid for the treatment. When asked why I should have to pay for the repair when it wasn't done properly the first time - I was told that the gap was there before the repair and I am paying for the time spent in the office (time mostly spent waiting to be seen). Now looking at attorney fees and other treatment options to get this fixed. I highly recomend seeing a different orthodontist.
