Excellent Dentist. But, I was left waiting in a dentist chair for 90 minutes for a filling that took less 5 minutes. Not the first time for an issue. I'm looking for another dentistry.

The wait time and treatment by the Dentist in this office was completely unacceptable. I took my son to a 5:00 appointment to have 2 small cavities filled, and the dentist kept us waiting for 2 hours before he worked on my son's teeth. It only took him 5 minutes to complete the work, and he did not even acknowledge the exceesive wait time or apologize for making us wait so long. Very unprofessional!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, . This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. and i would like to send a special shot out to DR DAVIS for taking good care of me.... Thanks Doc hope you and your staff have a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Compared to other providers thier prices are outstanding. The service was fast and very efficient and the dentist posessed a "swag" i appreciated. hahaha. I highly recommend Bayside Family Denistry
