In office over 4 hours for root canal , that was done on the WRONG tooth-doctor left office during procedure for 45 mins.

The office is very clean and staff very friendly, no complaints there. I've gone now 3 times for various procedures. Each time I was quoted one price and then by some sort of magic it was not the price I had to pay. The first time a free cleaning turned into a 68$ procedure that I was not informed of until it was over. This last visit I was told I only need pay 36$ before they started and afterwards I was told that and unexpected occurrence had happened and that it was more. Ok, no problem I thought, I have insurance...wrong this extra expense put me over my yearly benefits and my 36$ quote turned into 130$ expense. I would have gladly waited until the new year so I did not over run my benefits. Bottom line, the staff is very friendly and the place is very nice. I will not be returning due to the added costs that they seem to milk out every visit.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

The practise has changed hands many times in the last 10 years. They are now using equipment/supplies they buy on ebay (a tool broke in my mouth as they were using it and the dentist screamed at the assistant to tell the purchaser to stop buying tools on ebay). That didn't help my mouth that was left bleeding when the tool broke. The dentist always seems to find "something" that the hygenist doesn't see. And of course it's always something that is hundreds of dollars. Their billing lady is friendly but is never accurate on what the insurance will cover. She is off by hundreds of dollars ever time. My husband won't go back to this office. I'm looking elsewhere too.
