The dentist helped my Daughter when she was in bad pain right away. He was very good. My only complaint is that You are supposed to cancel an appointment within 24 hours...Well I couldn't do that it was unstoppable. I had to go out of town on a Family emergency...so I canceled as soon as I could. But now because I didn't cancel within 24 hours they will not see me now. Some incidents are unavoidable. I just think its wrong.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
