sorry about the complaint above me but i have to disagree! this office is awesome! they make you feel like your part of them,,,,friendly and very attentive while you are there,,,i would recommend dr. porter very highly and his co-help,,,if its in their reach, they will bend over backwards to make things happen,,,im glad im part of their dental family!! THANK YOU DR. PORTER AND HIS DENTAL FAMILY!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly to your face, but, I missed my daughters cleaning appt (1st appt ever missed) and received a very insulting letter from the office. I called & apoligized for the missed appt. I went in a couple Weeks later complaining of a tooth ache. They took xrays without checking with my insurance company & because of this I got stuck with a $200 bill. Still I went back for the filling Dr. Porter told me I needed. Within 3wks of this visit the pain returned more severe. I decided to try a different dentist to find that my decay was so bad that everything was hitting the nerves. The filling he put in aggrevated this much worse, the whole left side of my face swelled with horrible pain. I needed a root canal, not a filling. Imagine having a piece of metal rolling around in your decayed tooth. Horrible pain. I called their office to let them know we would not be returning. Joni is the acct, she is incredibly rude and unable to explain to me why I should be responsible for their offices mistakes. Do yourself a huge favor & find a different dentist. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THRU THEIR TORTURE!!
