They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I would recommend Dr. Frankel.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special.
