So this dentist was one that visited my mother’s nursing home. I paid for a visit, $150, but my mother passed away before being seen. That was 12/31 and nearly 3 months later, I’m still waiting for the refund. Looks to be a Very poorly run outfit.

I am applaud at the treatment given to my 84 year old father who resides in a nursing home. They pulled 5 theeth at one time with no sedation. He bled out so much that he had to be sent to the ER. He is skin and bones to start with and now won't be able to eat solid food for quite some time.

They pulled the teeth right in his wheelchair with no head support and it was done just in a regular room with apparently minimal equipment. The nurses at the home cannot believe how awful the treatment was. I am so disgusted and mad at myself that I did not investigate this further before allowing this to happen. Please be aware.

Terrible customer service; staff is rude and condescending. I have attempted on several occasions to have my residents seen and this is the laziest bunch of people I have ever worked with. The one time they did come to my facility they showed up 2 hours late with a list of things that they needed ME to do so that they could see my residents. I should have shown them the door at that time.

I would not recommend this operation for a nursing home resident. I am a POA for a relative who resides in a nursing home. She needed new dentures and Dr. Kmieck was apparently our only choice. He took impressions and it took over a month to get the dentures. They needed adjusting and he won't get back to the nursing home for another 6 weeks!
We just got a letter that there will be a $150.00 charge for adjustment, plus he takes them back for adjustment and who knows how long she will be without them again. Pitiful.

If I could give negative stars I would! I called to confirm my appointment and the receptionist was so unbelievably rude to me, I cannot even put it onto this review how she spoke. I tried to ask questions about my information in their system because I thought it may be wrong and I got a bunch of whatevers and actually laughed at instead of her trying to fix the information. It got to the point I just cancelled my appointment for the next day and was hung up on. My family will now find a new dentist. Its a shame that this office can't find a competent receptionist. I'm sure they will lose more business because of this person.

If this dentist is performing a service for someone you care for at a nursing home, be sure to verify the procedures were competed. I would not trust them.

They never return phone calls. They seem unorganized and not very knowledgeable. The office staff was very rude.

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
