Today I went to dr. Ian Ward's office to have the cleaning and general exam done. The hygienist was Pam, and she did a wonderful job - very professional. She explained every single step to me so thoroughly that I didn't even have any extra questions. A very nice experience, overall.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
