Horrible service! They told me to come in at 9am so I left work and got there 20 mins early. Then I was told by the secretary that I didn't have insurance which was a lie, I work at a hospital and 100% have dental insurance wth? The day before when I scheduled the appt. they told me my insurance was fine and they didn't even have the professionalism to call me prior to showing up to tell me they couldn't find my insurance carrier. Also its SOO ghetto in there. I saw some drug dealer hand the woman his welfare card as his insurance and I'm sure they took it for him no problem. Westside Dental is gross and a joke. Very disappointed.

This place has been the same for years, very confusing,unprofessional,I am 52 years old and went with a referral once I got past the rude receptionist I remember how rough the dentist was the long wait and the blood I lost sitting in his chair,they should be reported to the medical board.i cancel my appt and going to another dentist, never would I recommend this place, they should be shut down

I have went there in the past and there is a vary looooong wait, but besides the front desk staff everyone is frendly. I just had to call in and who ever answered the phone was super nice and helpful ( a big suprise) Im thinking maybe they have read some of the reviews and are starting a change. =)

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
I had a terrible experience, but i think it is thecase any place you go. Firt they cause pain, then they want to charge you for the torture chamber visit. I will not go back here.
