So disappointed in Rosealea and the entire staff. Rude! Liar! Make up stories to cover their own mistakes and misinformation. They are disgraceful!

This office is a zoo. The receptionist and billing are the

Nothing about your insurance. To be on the safe side know what your covered for before you go there. The office people speak very nasty to clients on the phone and in person . The dentist is fairly good. Nothing spectacular . The hygienist are by far the shine of this office . They are very nice and do a wonderful cleaning . Because of the incompetence of the billing staff i would not recommend this office to anyone. No one should be talked to and treated that way. You will be charged even though your covered. So beware

've been a patient at this dental clinic since it was under Dr Alan Lee over a decade ago. Dr Lee was always attentive and spends a lot of time looking at my teeth. He's support staff and office staff always know me, gave personalized attention, and did work with absolute accuracy.

But that was BEFORE he retired.

Now the place is run like a zoo with appointments crammed in one after another. Dr Cosman never spends more than 30 seconds poking around my mouth after his dental hygienist does a cleaning. Dr Cosman did a crown for me once. The temporary crown he made had sharp edges and kept on cutting into my gums. He just didn't dremel out the sharp edges. I'm glad it fell out the next day. They got mad at me when I went back in two weeks later for the permanent crown because I didn't get the temporary recemented right away. Why would I want the crappy temporary crown back in. The permanent crown was installed when it came in. And guess what, it also feel out in two days. When I went to get the permanent crown recemented, I was billed for it! It was his crappy cement work that caused it to fall out in the first place. Aside from questionable quality of work, his office staff always screwed up something causing me to go back multiple times with paperwork and billing issues. Appointment takers also screwed up. Oncey they gave me appointment for cleaning and recementing once. And guess what, they gave me the cement work first THEN the cleaning. They only realiized it when I went in. Making me come back just for cleaning. I have had it with this place. And it's time to get a new dentist. I will miss their dental hygienists however because they are nice and do good cleanings.
