Dr Mandell is committed to good dentistry. His concern is giving the right treatment, not the biggest money maker for himself. He explains what is wrong, what needs to be done. Never a long sit in the waiting room. Schedules you for the time it takes to do the procedure to be convenient for you, not bringing you in five times only to be worked on for five minutes each time. I no longer live in the area, but still refer my old neighbors and friends to him.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have been going to Dr. Mandell for years and still go even though I am now living in PA. When living in Staten Island, my mother in law was having a problem with her dentures and was not able to leave the house, Dr. Mandell made a house call (He's a special doctor) By the way Doc, PIA brought down the house.
