I went to the same dentist, (Dr. Richard Norman) for over 30 years until he finally retired and sent me a letter saying that he and his entire family would be getting all their future dental care from Dr. Lucia. What a great endorsement to have Dr. Norman recommend Dr. Lucia. I took Dr. Norman's advice and am now a patient of Dr. Lucia. I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lucia is the ultimate professional with all the latest state of the art equipment and a very friendly, courteous, easy to talk to staff. This makes going to the dentist almost like fun. Everybody in his office is genuinely concerned about your comfort and well being during any procedure. He's a "pain free" dentist which is very important to me. No matter what your dental problem is, Dr. Lucia will have options and a solution for you. I intend to go to him for the next 30 years, just like I did with Dr. Norman. If you want an excellent dental experience, you should definitely give his office a call. Tom Warren - East Rochester

What I like about Dr. Lucia's office is everything! Especially their friendliness and how they always make me feel happy when I am there. I have no problems and nothing negative at all to say about them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options too.

They know our whole family, take gentle care of our concerns, offer a goodie bag, and the clerical staff have even asked to watch my baby while I get a filling!
