Dr. Shea and her staff have been treating my children for several years. They are always so friendly and they take the time to explain things to my girls and to me. They actually like going to the dentist!! I would recommend this office for sure!

The only good thing about this practice is the dentist. The office staff is terrible and will fudge the truth just to get you in the office. They use carefully worded language just so they can bill you and get more money. The office manager Jeanie is condescending and rude, she cares nothing for patients only getting the money. Please save you time and $$$ do not go to this practice. You will be ripped off!!!!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
