I walked out after two hours, without getting my tooth extracted in Selden and will NEVER go back. Wasn’t clean, coordinated or professional. Bathroom garbage overflowing. Treatment room garbage overflowing. Metal treatment side table was dirty. Front desk woman pontificating about politics by making stuff up. No one cared or tried. Took FOREVER for the woman to enter my info in the computer, and then once in the treatment room, same questions were asked all over again. 2 hours before I saw the doctor for all of a minute. He ripped off his gloves and they landed on the floor, next to the garbage pail. Then he disappeared. For a long time. Then a young woman came in and said I had to pay the $600 BEFORE the dentist would even touch my mouth. Wow. I wasn’t having anesthesia so why was that? Policy, she said. I wasted 3 hours going to this dump, please take warning.

I would never tell anyone I know to go here. I wish I had been warned before my appointment. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was also billed incorrectly

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
