I was a patient at this facility for many years. I left because I wanted a dentist that would be able to accommodate my needs as well as my children.

USELESS receptionist. I spoke with this insufferable woman twice and she refused to make an appointment for me, even though I was having an emergency and covered by insurance. Called my insurance company to confirm that I was indeed on the roster at Gracie Dental-had an insurance representative speak on my behalf, and this woman hung up on him. Shocked and taken aback by how he was treated, he was thankfully able to get me to another office, with a receptionist that actually knows how to deal with people.

This woman is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. It's a shame, because from what I've read the dentist himself seems great. Get a new receptionist!!

Just tried to book an appointment here. What an unbelievably rude reception. I live across the street and would rather walk 20 blocks out of the way to avoid dealing with that woman in person.
