Office has a friendly staff. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctors were professional. Everyone was nice.

Dr. Kim who saw me was a great doctor, but the office and office staff is terrible and stuck in the past. Office equipment is completely outdated, and the office staff has no office skills at all. After an hour on the phone, they still were unable to grasp the concept of "email me a receipt". Fail fail fail - I would never go back here, and I wish the excellent Dr. Kim would work at a different office that's easier to deal with
