One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

I was treated by Dr. James P. DeNunzio for root canal. I could not have been more pleased with his expertise, care, attention to detail and pleasant approach. Whole experience was very pleasant, with the front desk and doctor. I could not wish for a better service. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everybody working at Mt. Sinai Family Dental.

My whole family has been going to Mt Sinai Family Dental for the past 2 years. My two twin 4 year old daughters love Dr. Marcie, the pediatric dentist. My husband despite being 300lbs and covered with tattoos is a total wimp when it comes to dentists- and he feels very comfortable seeing Dr. DeNunzio. I have been to many dentists and what I like most about Mt Sinai is that they are not "Salesman" like many other dentists I have been to- I know I can trust them. Plus they take my insurance, which is always a plus!

First time to the dentist in over 5 years- I knew I had some issues. The hygienist was great- she was very gentle and my mouth feels so much better. Came back to have a few fillings and it didn't hurt at all.

I am overall satisfied with the staff, except with the Children's dentist that pulled my child's tooth because she wasn't careful enough... My daughter came to do the sealing and when the dentist was introducing the spacer (to keep the mouth open), she forced the spacer inside my daughter's mouth that the thing pulled her tooth off... My daughter was crying so much and now she is completely scared of dentist! I am very frustrated!

I had an appointment for 5:15 pm one weekday. I left work early to get there on time. I was told the hygienist was running a little behind. I waited for 25 minutes and no one came to tell me how much longer it would be. Then when I asked how much longer it would be, I was told it would be another 20 minutes - a whole 45 minutes after my actual appointment. I was not able to stay longer than that, so I left.
