I would like to begin by saying that Suzanne Glaser, the Office Manager, is an absolute dream receptionist and always makes my day when I come in. She treats everyone special and always knows what they need. If not for her, that office would be in ruins.Her sidekick Helen is equally proficient. Their comedy routine together is something that the whole office has come to enjoy. How many parents and children can say that they enjoy going to their orthodontist appointment and can't wait until their next visit?! I only wish it would rub off on the rest of the staff... Dr. Thaler is a quiet, calm, and gentle man who is COMPLETELY competent in his field.
