This is the worst dental office. The receptionists are very rude. The waiting period is ridiculous. I don't think they deserve one star.

The most worst experience I have ever had in my life the staff is so rude ! Went in and was told by the doctor I had to get five root canals done in one day because she said my insurance was expiring meanwhile before that she said she can only work on one tooth ! I went in stayed there for about five and a half hours she did the five root canals at once didn't prescribe me no antibiotics before nor after ! Until i went home that day and felt very sore thinking it was from the root canals the next day I woke up with half my face blown up looking like I got punched in the face I called the doctor to where she then prescribed me antibiotics the next day!!!! And no pain killers ! Ended up going back the next day the dental Assitant so rude I wasn't having it ! I got checked by another Russian dentist there and she prescribed me pain killers that didn't work !y face kept getting worse and worse bigger and bigger my nose shifted to the left and my lips were indented I to my mouth ! The tools the dentist used on me looked as if they were used on ten thousand other people and didn't look sanitized I ended up I the hospital today only to take a car-scan and finding out I have cellulitis in my face and an absest !!!! A huge infection !!! I could of died of the infection went to my brain ! Listen to me people do not go there !!

Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. No one will hear anything good from me! My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs.

Also they only do cavaties one at a time, the also do check ups and cleanings in different appointments. Good luck getting a cleaning though, you'll have a two month wait. The dentist who was helping me with my cavaties gave me no communication at all. She stuck at least 4 needles in my mouth. Then she put a slab of liquid on my back tooth, then put a tube in my mouth and told me to bite it. Well it slipped and I started choking and nearly vomited. Then she came back immediately stuck her hands in my mouth before I could ask her any questions. At this point I was at the point of nearly crying and I was shaking will terror. Yes, I felt TERROR. When I left that place I couldnt drive home for at least an hour. Now it's a week and a half later and I have an infection. I cant afford my own insurance and my dad chose THIS dentist because it was the only one who would see my younger sibling. I'd rather die of the infection then see this dentist again. Ive seen them three times, each time worse then the last.

If I could afford it, I would pay out of pocket at a professional dentist. I do not want this person doing a root canal on me.

STAY AWAY.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern

Once or twice, but not enough

Not really, it was a little uncomfortable
