Reception staff (Amanda & Tara) were very accommodating in regards to my complicated situation. The 2 dentist I saw (Dr's Fuentes & Henry) were upfront, honest & comforting. The female who did my xrays was informative, professional and quick to help resolve a misunderstanding/lack of communication in regards to the first scheduled appt. 1 staff female (Monica) was not friendly, did not greet me and gave me incorrect information regarding insurance coverage. She made me feel unimportant and insignificant. The other staff quickly corrected the misinformation upon my return for another appt. The office was clean and comfortable. All visits were timely and efficient.
My smile is much improved and therefore I am pleased with their service.
