I was a little unnerved but he fact that even though I welcomed the office assistant to call me by name she refused and signaled to me to come so impersonally. Everyone one else was cordial though. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. They also never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The staff is ok but the dr seems only to be interested in $$$ not the patient's well being
