I've been going for one simple tooth problem and he keeps messing it up so I have to go back and it's affecting other teeth now, so its costing a lot of money and time.

No, there weren't many to choose from

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

I waited forever for my appointment!
