They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
