I have been going to Queens Family Dental for over 20 years. I recently moved and I continue to go to Queens Family Dental for several reasons. They are timely with their appointments, they are personable and friendly and most importantly I have a painless experience going to the dentist. Having a painless experience at the dentist is priceless!

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
