I am new to the area and this dentist was recommended to me. The dentist was supposed to fix some old fillings. When the numbness wore off I immediately knew there was a problem. I called the office and they had me return that day which I was happy about. When I arrived the dentist had an immediate attitude with me stating that he does this everyday and he can't believe he had made a mistake. He finally determined that a root canal had to be done to fix the problem. The root canal was done in December 2011, it is now March 2012 and I still cannot chew on that side of my mouth. I am currently looking for another dentist in the area to fix this problem.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I called with questions about getting a second opinion and as soon as I mentioned my insurance, the tone of the person I was speaking to became quite rude. Very unprofessional!
