Wonderful doctors and staff . . . never a long wait, everyone is very nice and they are very generous to their patients. We participated in the mini-golf day this summer. . . thank u for a great day!!

I was so disappointed that this provider barely took my concerns into account let alone offering any value that could possibly be from a holistic point of view.

The staff make you uncomfortable. I believe the doctors have the staff do their dirty work! The staff scare the patients into paying more money then they should. It's all about the dollar to them. How many kids they can get signed up that have insurance. But once you need help or have an emergency its always your fault and they have no compassion or sympathy for the patient at all. Meanwhile you are paying them thousands through your insurance or out of your pocket.

The office is clean, and staff is courteous and professional.

The con is the appointments are about 6 weeks from when you call. They do not accomodate working parents we always have to take off of work or pull kids out of school. If you want a after 5pm appointment maybe the wait will be 2-3 months a complete joke... They need to add more hour, weekends and hire more staff.

Yes, they were with me almost my whole visit

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

The orthodontist seem nice, but the staff could not care less. I am sick of them telling me it is my fault if my braces become loose. You would think these appliances need maintenance since they are man made and people are gluing them on. . Beware they will try to charge you extra if your braces become loose, break or if you have a wire hanging out of your mouth. This does happen and they blame the patient and say well you did it so we need to charge you for an extra appointment
