The office is a mess. The Dr. Baker has advised to pull one of a baby tooth for my son and send a note to his dentist. When we arrived to the dentist, it appeared that the the office indicated a wring tooth. When I talked to DR. Baker about it he did not admit the mistake. Next time Dr. Baker again advised to pull two baby teeth and said that they will send a note to a dentist. However, when we arrived to the dentist, the note was not sent and we had to wait for an hour in order to straighten things out. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Never, they are very reliable.
