EVER BRIGHT DENTAL
LACK OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONIALISM

Dr. Mindy Nguyen, a dentist who I am a patient of for many years, was called on the morning of November 19,2013 by myself, my daughter was suffering in pain, face swollen and in tears. I consulted Dr. Mindy in hopes of receiving emegency dental care for my daughter, No reasonable effort was made after speaking to her nor, did she provide any type of emergency assistance/ or refer my daughter to another dentist for care. The response by Dr Nguyen was it was her day off, yet she was in her office. It is my belief that patients are dependent on the expertise of their dentist and should be treated with respect. It is my opinion that a dentist should represent themselves in a manner that contributes to the esteem of the profession. During our conversation Comments were made to me that broke the respect and trust between dentist-patient should also be
duely noted that is not the responsiblity of Dr Mindy Nguyen to act as match-maker for her patients,or act as a marrage and family therapist. This behavior is improper and unethical behavior. My call to Dr. Mindy was for help for my daughter, not to be fixed up with one of male patients.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. Mindy Nguyen provides pain-free dental care at an affordable rate. She explains every procedure she recommends in terms that are easy to understand. Dr. Nguyen involves her patients in the decision making process and makes you a part of your treatment. Her staff is highly trained and very professional. Each patient is greeted like a true friend and valued customer. I have recommended Dr. Nguyen to several people who had previous bad experiences with dentists, and each one returned with nothing but praise for the treatment and staff. Dr. Nguyen provides a relaxing, stress-free environment while using state-of-the-art equipment and up-to-date dental treatment. I recommend her for patients of any age.
