This office one of the many during confounding and frustrating years I spent trying, unsuccessfully to find a Reno dentist and staff who are professional, clean, up-to-date, courteous, kind, posted my payments, treated me with honor, were accommodating to my disabilities, and were respectful of my time by being on time. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I found this staff and dentist arrogant, full of themselves and it was all about them.

I had called this office Bc they said they treat children. I took my 2 year old in the worst experience ever. Dr. Nick can't treat kids he didn't do anything Bc a 2 year old will not open his mouth wen told. They charged me $65 for the visit literally just took my money for doing nothing. Will never go back to this office or recommend to anyone. They just wanna take your money.

I couldn't chew on the right side of my mouth for 20 or more years. I was happy when I finally became a patient of Dr Amarals and she fixed my problem. She gave me a few options and we worked together to pick what worked out best for me, because I have a fear of dentists. My last dentist wouldn't even compromise or give me options. He just sent me to a specialist who was very expensive. I've been going to her ever since. 7 years now I bring my family there too and they are also very happy, especially my husband who loves all the ladies.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Worst Experience Ever! I never got to meet either one of the dentists, I guess they have the front office staff do all the dirty work. I was lured to the office with a promotional offer and when I arrived I was told that I don't qualify for the discount promised me over the phone when I made my appointment. I was immediately shook down for more money for the services offered. When I asked why, I was told that they "just can't do it". When I suggested some potential solutions I was told there was nothing they would do, but I could keep my appointment and pay the regular price for the services. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a so-called professional office. I would recommend to stay away from this office, don't get lured in by promotional offers, and watch your wallet. They obviously only care about money and not the well being of their "potential" and probably existing patients. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. But I guess they're lucky that I can only give them one star!

Dr. Amaral and her staff are amazing. I wasn't expecting to be treated so well at a dentist office, they really make you feel special! Dr. Amaral takes the time to make sure you have a good understanding of everything related to your mouth and I can't say enough good things about the work hygentist Vicki does. I literally haven't been to a dentist in years and now I'm looking forward to visiting them every six months!
