They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My daughter was shaking uncontrollably for 2 hrs and I was I was told that my daughter who was 15 at the time screamed for me and I was in the waiting room the whole time and they NEVER even came to let me know 1 hr and 45 minutes to pull one tooth. I WILL never go back and will never refer any one to this place they are too worried about getting the dollar amount per head to even care if someone might be not numb enough before pulling a tooth. It crushed me to see my daughter that way and what was worse was the nurse acted like it was just a shot in the arm.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
