Initially Dr.Grady was very friendly and she met us after hours for an emergency dental visit. At the time of the visit I asked her if I need to fill out paperwork or sign anything or give her a partial payment. She said no the staff would take care of it, but did copy my insurance card. Her office then called a few days later, never asked for an address a phone number, a signature nothing. They did however ask for my credit card number to keep on file!? I refused to give them my card number. They proceeded to Bill my insurance. 1 month after the visit, 15 days after they received payment from our insurance dr Grady called my husbands cell phone. (Mind you I never gave the office his cell number) she insisted that we were refusing payment. That they had sent multiple bills and that we were a ignoring their calls. My husband explained that we have no issues paying what we owe but that we had not received one bill or EOB from the insurance. She essentially called him a liar and told him that "yes we had received the bills and EOBs"and that the matter had to be resolved immediately. Understandably, my husband was getting more and more upset. When he told her that we worked till 5 and she asked him why he was home at the time of the call (530) again calling him a liar, he told her she was acting like an a-hole and that he would drive over and pay the bill, and hung up. The doctor called right back and asked if the address they were sending the bills to was correct. It was not. She then hung up on my husband. I have never experienced something so rediculous. I have worded for insuance companies and doctors offices and this is not how you treat your patients. There was no rational conversations, just accusations. I would not recommend anyone go to this doctor. It's not worth the hassle!!

Unfortunately tDr Grady treats her employees and patients the same. Very poorly, she yells at and belittles employees, yells at the children that she is supposed to be helping. The staff turnover is 100%. She refuses to pay them and holds their checks for weeks. Numerous Labor Board complaints. She scares the children during procedures by yelling at them and putting her hand on their mouth and tells them she will count to 3. Not enough medicine or starts to quickly causing pain to the children. Avoid at all costs. Perhaps she should seek counseling for her abusive and erratic behavior. Under no circumstances take your children to her practice.

During tooth extraction Dr. Grady chipped tooth next to pulled tooth. Then wanted to charge me to fix it. Also gave my daughter a shot to numb pain before pulling. However my daughter told her it hurts a lot and Grady told her to "shush" while extracting the tooh.

Left her practice and asked to email xrays to new dentist. She wanted to charge me to do that.

It's a dentists office like any other; with one important difference: this "children's dentist" doesn't seem to care for, or feel compassion toward children. There will always be scheduling issues, billing issues and insurance issues. But, this "Dr." caused my daughter a great deal of pain and trauma; unnecessarily!. She was impatient with my daughter and only slightly more tolerant (if rude) with me; because I have the money. I can put up with a lot of unprofessional behavior and I have a long rope when it comes to rudeness, but one thing I have absolutely ZERO tolerance for is mistreating my child. Forget about the price, the location and the actual work (which is passable at best), if you have any compassion for your own children, DON'T BRING THEM HERE!! If you are contemplating working for this woman, I can guaranty two things: it will be the shortest entry on your resume' and when you finally leave, you will feel like the last POW freed after the war. I watched her scream at a staff member at the top of her lungs!

I was extremely frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. I The dr was extremely condescending and made numerous eye rolls at her hygenist while I was speaking to her. The focus of the visit should have been the child, but instead it was the fact that things were not being performed how they "usually" do things. Unsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Was treated disrespectfully and truly question whether this "professional" has a child's best interest at heart.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It was completely unbearable. One of the first things I noticed about this place was how unfriendly and unaccomdating they were to me. I am Deaf and required an interpreter and they WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT! . I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need.JUST HORRIBLE - DO NOT GO HERE!

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
OMG these reviews horrify me to think that I took my son there...wish I saw these BEFORE.We had a VERY VERY bad experieince...My son was 3 he has alot of crowding and had 6 cavities...she pappoosed him with 3-4 other nurses in the room. I had my daughter with me so I was "not allowed back" to be with him...everytime I motioned to go back the ----- at the desk hopped up & said uh where are you going you shouldn't go back there it would only upset him more...So I second guessed myself..NEVER AGAIN....after hearing him SCREAMING for OVER 2.5 hours while she filled 6 cavities they finally brougt him out red faced dripping with sweat..he cried so hard for so long he had broken blood vessels under his eyes....needless to say about 6 months later he had an abcess & had the tooth extracted..now he has another 1 & our current dentist may have to schedule him for surgery to correct all of her work & extract a second tooth.I cannot imagine what my son went through.I failed him as mother that day Insurance: Delta Dental

. found my visit for my three children very good. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Although the initial visit I would rate "good" overall satisfaction I would rate "poor" I had a procedure for my son done and I was given an estimate of how much the procedure would cost based on my dental policy. I was given the estimate and then by the time of service it had changed to almost $80 more than expected and although annoyed at that time still paid for services. Two months after the procedure I receive a letter stating that we still owed $60!! I then spoke to the office and they informed me that my insurance would not cover the $60 still owed!! Well first thing I did was call my insurance and deal with them and see why it is not being paid for.. I was then told my insurance does not cover the type of fillings they used for my son. They insurance also informed me that the dental office knew my policy did not cover this product and procedure and they should have informed me before the procedure had taken place. Well I called the office and was told that it's not their fault but mine and I should have know what my policy would cover! I agree maybe I should have been a little more informed but I feel deceived because they were aware and the correct thing would have been to tell me that it would cost extra and see if I still wanted to continue to be a patient and receive the services. It is $60 I will have to pay but I feel they should be more up front with patients and stop trying to charge patients for procedures they know the insurance WILL NOT COVER! I will not be returning to this office and I will be searching for a new dentist not because I didn't like the dentist but because I do not appreciate how the office staff operates and handles these types of situations. Anyone who considers this dental office KNOW YOUR POLICY AND NEVER JUST ACCEPT A I GUESS ESTIMATE!
