I’ve been going to Dr. Priya Patel’s family dentistry for the last eight years. Originally I was apprehensive about making dental visits. Thanks to Dr. Patel and her staff I no longer feel this way. They always take time out to answer any questions I have and explain the procedure thoroughly. I am always taken great care of and feel very relaxed due to their friendly and professional behavior. Also because of Dr. Patel’s gentle manner my treatments were painless. I like their massaging dental chairs very much and am always happy to find the office spotless. Their flexible timings (evenings and Saturdays) are very convenient for me. Dr.Patel is a great dentist. I strongly recommend Dr.Patel to everyone !!

I am agree with first comments aout appointment. I am trying to get the appointment for my school children but staff is telling me that they don't have any slot in next two month, which is rediculas. I am not sure Dr is aware of it or she doesn't work after school get over.

Customer sevice is really bad. I called once to reschedule my appointments. The person over the phone was not happy to do that, she quickly hung up on me without finishing the conversation. I kept calling after that but she did not pick up the phone that day for me. The dentist seems to be good but without decent customer service the office is not going to get good ratings.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
