Always prompt, on the phone and while I am in for appointments. I have never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and more often than not I walk in (a few minutes before my scheduled apt) and I can walk right back and the hygienist is available immediately. Everyone always knows me and is very friendly, makes you feel like part of their "family". Initially (5/6 years ago) when I first started seeing this office I frequently felt like there was always something wrong, tiny cavities etc, suggesting cosmetic dentistry but have not felt that way in years. Love this place.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
