Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Do your teeth and wallet a big favor by avoiding this crappy dentist. Dr Rainieri couldn't care less about your teeth and is more concerned about separating you from your money.

I was seeing Dr. Trafecante in the Toms River office for extensive dental work, while doing a root canal procedure prior to finishing it the tooth broke off, Dr, Trafecante refunded me the entire amount of the root canal, a very generous gesture on his part. Well 9 months later I received a call from Rainieri screaming at me that I should never have been given a credit for the root canal and he was re-billing me the entire amount, you could imagine my shock at such unprofessional behavior. After months of battling with credit card companies Rainieri agreed to refund me the amount of $225 a far cry from the $900 credit but to end this ordeal with this whack job I accepted it. (And I have a letter signed by his office agreeing to this refund)That was 2 years ago this coming February 2014 and I am still awaiting my refund I have mailed the agreement to his office 3 times and called numerous times with n result, and last week his wife finally called me after I told his office I would be up their in a week if no refund was received to discuss this matter face to face because obviously he is not man enough to call me back, his wife told me I am not getting any refund they are not paying me a dime and I owe them $75 and if I come up their she would call the police, this is the character of Jack Rainieri and his wife I cannot believe this man is a medical professional he is without a doubt a dirt bag I have drafted a complaint to the AMA and the ADA to review this matter further as well as filing a complaint with the small claims court to get my refund.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
