Very caring and professional! Dr. Pestano makes everyone very comfortable. She is a pleasure to go to. She does her utmost to make her clients happy. I had to move but miss her and her staff.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

It has been a long time since I've seen a dentist, but I went to Dr. Pestano based on a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Pestano and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Pestano clearly explained to me the status of my teeth and her recommended treatment plan. I will definitely be returning to her to complete my treatment.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I switched dentists to one who was convenient to my new job at the time. I regret going to Dr. Pestano for a number of reasons. She's disorganized -- doesn't come up with a real plan (scribbles something on a post-it note some a rough plan with estimate costs -- with a pencil). She over-charges for really basic stuff like x-rays (was suprised to see how much she charged compared to my old dentist when I checked my EOB online). Cleaning is not thorough (compared to my last dentist and a couple other previous dentists I had). She communicates poorly -- doesn't return phone calls and doesn't answer email messages -- and then scolds you (yes. literally scolds you.) for not making efficient use of your insurance -- and the reason for the delays is because she never gives you enough information to get the ball rolling for treatments.

Unprofessional. I bailed and found myself a new dentist.
