Dr. Hicks is a wonderful dentist, for both adults and children. She is a fantastic craftsman when it comes to crowns, nightguards, and other appliances. She is gentle, quick, and always informs you -- during procedures -- what to expect. She never overcharges, is a terrific diagnostician, as she treats the whole patient -- sending me to specialists when needed. The office is friendly, you never wait more than 10 minutes, well organized, and I've never had a problem with insurance. The office does not accept credit cards, however.

There is never any pressure to have procedures done that are unneccessary, and she has a wonderful way will patients of all ages. A true gem of a dentist
