I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

I just started going to Rockaway Dental and I have to say I love it here. Such a great atmosphere and he does amazing work. Can't wait for my wife and kids to start coming here with me. Thank you Dr Helfand!!!!

I gotta admit, I'm not one to type up a review on a dentist's office but after seeing the negative review about Dr. H, I had to say something. I've been going to him since 96 and I think what you're saying is just absurd. I've never had to request anything more than once from that staff and the doctor is always there anytime day or night for an emergency. Can't say enough good things about that office!

I have to start by saying I am not one for to write these things but after I saw the negative things being said about Adam I had to say something to counter auto43's absurd claims. I've been going to Dr Helfand since 1996 and have never had an issue and I'm sure if you did have an issue and brought it up to Adam he would have had it taken care of for you right away. Adam is always willing to do anything he can to make the patients happy and makes himself available anytime day or night.
