Dr. Cordova truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and always answers all questions. I have never had to wait to get in for my appointment. His staff is professional, courteous and caring. I would highly recommend him.

They had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I travel very far to come to this dentist and oral surgeon and highly recommend them both. The practice is very comfortable--feels like family.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. As for Dr. Cordova he is very arrogant and abnoctious. Would not reccommend. Staff is so unproffesional they dont even have any knowledge of what they are doing. But of course that says it all.

They need to learn ethnics and dress code in that office.They make you wait 30-45 minutes when you actually on time for your appointment. The staff he has does not know proper english.He truly has unacceptable and unprofessional staffs. But that speak volume on who Dr. Cordova is........
